The location was amazing for holiday in Amoudara. In the evening we visited Thigaterra, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.

The bathroom was extremely small.

This place is a great holiday spot, it's in a local area with a supermarket and shops nearby, and the bungalow has a practical, clean layout with a garden view.

Our experience here was very very good. Really enjoyed our new-fashioned rooms, plus the staff was affable. Location: the hotel was so close to a bus stop, and restaurants. We ordered lunch at Mousses, located a 4-6 minute walk from the venue. The service was very good, no reason to complain.

We loved our good stay there a lot. Our room had a nice balcony. Here we were next to few of our favorite spots such as Ammoudara. This hotel was great.

The location of this place is exceptional, just a short walk from Senses and only a 15-minute drive from the airport.

There were not enough deckchair by the pool nor on the beach. The hotel-staff apologized for the reason that hotel was fully booked (we were there in the middle of the high-season), but unfortunately, when I pay for 4stars hotel, I do not want to lay on the grass. The other problem was, that many people reserve the deckchair very early on the morning (although it is prohibited by the hotel) and then they come in the afternoon.

The best hotel I've stayed at in the area 😊 the Wi-Fi here is super reliable and the service is top-notch.

The room was fairly quiet and practical with a view of the garden. It had all the essentials like central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines.

The unit we got was immaculately clean with bottled water and comfy beds. the location was stunning and good for Amoudara, right by the beach near Heraklion, supermarkets, clothes shops, and restaurants.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Amoudara and had a wonderful experience. The location of this hotel is fantastic, just across from the bus station and right on the beach. It was so convenient to have easy access to transportation and be able to enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away from our room.

I can't stop raving about the amazing value for money we got at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, and the views were breathtaking. The location was spot on, with easy access to a beautiful sandy beach. But what truly blew us away was the staff. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like VIPs, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Special shout out to Manos, Nikos, and Antonis for making our dining experience truly special!

Breakfast delights could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We stayed in a sea view balcony room and were delighted to find it spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and towel replacement. The free amenities such as the safe, mineral water, and beach towels were a nice touch. The main restaurant offered excellent quality and a wide range of choices. The beach bar, hosted by the lovely Maria, was a highlight. The all-inclusive package included a good selection of drinks, and the locally produced beer and wines were enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location on a private beach with easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast had a lot of options. The cleanliness of the facilities and hotel rooms was impressive. The hotel had great facilities such as pools and restaurants.

All was perfect.

The staff, including Manos, Nikos, Antonis, and Chris. the location was excellent, with easy access to a sandy beach and close proximity to attractions like the Palace of Knossos. the room was comfortable and matched the pictures on the website. Theodora at the reception was superb and very helpful. the resort offers a variety of restaurants to choose from for meals, with the main one being available to everyone and the others requiring reservations but at no additional cost. the bungalow I stayed in provided a relaxing and peaceful ambiance, with the sound of the sea in the background.

Felt fine, no complaints at all.
